Mersing is the third largest district in the state of Johor, which consists of the mainland and 36 islands located in the South China Sea. Mersing Town remains as a fishing village, it is known as the departure point for ferries to offshore islands. The site is located at Jalan Jemaluang with commercial land used. The experience centre is proposed to attract tourists from all over the country to experience Mersing through the year with local foods and exhibitions.
